We are pleased to share that Mr. Haroon S. Khan, Chairman of SANSO Group OF Industry Germany, visited the Head Office of Birth Defects Foundation.

During his visit, he held a productive meeting with Mr. Ansar Javaid, Chairman of Birth Defects Foundation. The discussion focused on the critical challenges faced by intersex, transgender and 18 types of birth defects individuals in Pakistan, particularly in the areas of medical treatment, social awareness, rehabilitation, and long-term support.

Mr. Haroon S. Khan appreciated the humanitarian services being provided by the Foundation, especially the provision of free medical treatment, lifelong medicines, counseling, and advocacy for marginalized individuals born with complex birth conditions.

Both leaders expressed their commitment to exploring future collaboration opportunities aimed at strengthening healthcare services, awareness campaigns, and sustainable support programs for intersex and transgender communities.

Birth Defects Foundation looks forward to building meaningful international collaboration to further its mission of dignity, care, and inclusion for every child.
