A Meaningful Step for Humanity
Chairman Ansar Javaid (Birth Defects Foundation) met with former Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice (R) Mian Saqib Nisar at his law chamber. On this occasion, Justice (R) Mian Saqib Nisar kindly offered a valuable commitment through his law firm Mian Saqib Nisar & Co.
Under this commitment, the law chamber will provide 100% free legal assistance in all legal matters and court cases for Intersex individuals (children whose gender is not clearly defined), transgender persons, children suffering from more than 18 types of birth defects, and their underprivileged families.
This is a beautiful step in the service of humanity.
This generous offer is an important In-Kind Donation, bringing hope not only to these children but also to their distressed families. For many years, the Birth Defects Foundation has been providing free treatment, surgeries, and guidance to such children across Pakistan.
