Support Life-Changing Surgeries for Children with CAH (46,XX DSD)
In the heart of Faisalabad, Pakistan, two young sisters are bravely battling a rare genetic condition known as Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH – 46,XX DSD). This condition affects their physical development, creating not only serious medical challenges but also immense emotional and social struggles.
Despite being genetically female, they were born with ambiguous genitalia due to this condition. Without medical intervention, their chances of living a normal, healthy life — emotionally, physically, and socially — remain heartbreakingly low.
🔹 But there is hope.
Through a series of life-altering surgeries, these girls can live their lives as the daughters they truly are — with dignity, confidence, and the opportunity to one day build families of their own.
Each surgery costs $1,000, and they will require multiple procedures over time.
We urgently need to raise $20,000 to cover their medical expenses.
💔 Their future depends on your kindness.
Your contribution — no matter how small — can bring back their childhood, their identity, and their dreams. Every dollar brings them one step closer to healing, normalcy, and hope.
✨ Please donate today. Help us give these girls the life they deserve.
Together, we can turn tears into smiles and pain into possibility.
Donate. Share. Support.
You’re not just funding surgeries — you’re giving the gift of a normal life.
